Launched a new product that is targeted at Property Landlords, and surpassing the business case revenue forecast by two times, and with a payback period of less than one month – November 2022.
Created and launched a new uniform and stationery loan product, within a period of 3 months from concept to delivery and resulted in significant contribution to the loans sales revenue – this after the business hasn’t developed or launched a new product in a very long time. – January 2018.
Streamlining Product Development and Pricing Structures:
I worked with Moody & Smith Digital on an initiative to review their current product development process and pricing structures. This collaboration resulted in a streamlined process and a quick launch of products to the marketplace, effectively doubling the company’s revenue – January 2016.
